To assure you of this, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible as noted in our "Contact Us" page. We will try to make things right for you. We may ask you to return the product for our inspection. Please do so within 30 days of speaking with us.
Include a copy of your invoice along with a note reminding us of what the problem was, and whether you'd like an exchange for another item, a replacement, or a credit. The Post Office is usually the cheapest way to mail an item back to us. Depending on what you are returning, insuring your shipment may be advisable. We cannot be held responsible or assist you, if we don’t receive your order back.
We can not provide refunds. We offer credits, exchanges or replacements. We will reimburse you for shipping if we determine there was a manufacturing defect or we made an error processing your order.
Items that haven been worn out or washed inappropriately can not accepted. Printed apparel may have some fade over time, especially depending on how each person treats and/or launders an item. Please refer to our "Care of Your Merchandise" section. Personalized merchandise (items with a name or district on it) can only be returned if there is a defect in the material or an error we made in processing the order.
